I went to MINI of Ramsey for an oil change, but I had some additional concerns about my vehicle, and they went above and beyond to check and address them. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, keeping me up to date on the progress of my car. The waiting area was very nice and clean, too. I even had a nice surprise when I got a video that explained and showed how they were taking care of my car, which was very useful. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership for their auto and customer service, and I will be coming back. More
