I had my car towed to Toyota ( right next door to GM ) a friend diagnosed it and it was the fuel pump (which is covered under warranty)..BUT was on back order until December. My car was towed on 10/1 to GM. friend diagnosed it and it was the fuel pump (which is covered under warranty)..BUT was on back order until December. My car was towed on 10/1 to GM. Where they proceeded to tell me the same thing (Mike) who no longer works there said they would give me a "loaner", but i would have to come in EVERY 7 days to change it out. In the beginning he gave me a dirty equinox. I told him about it before pulling off the lot ( i have videos) and he looked and me and said VERY rudely "Do you want me to wipe it off"? i was in SHOCK because i have NEVER EVER been so disrespected especially at a car dealership. He came out with a towel and wiped the DOOR that was IT. By this point i had my son with me it was 6PM I was aggravated and we left. Once I got home i called the next day asking if they had ANY other car maybe like a trailblazer, traverse,Tahoe something other than the equinox. They said NO.And when i say "They", i am referring to the "manager" Scotti & Mike. Days go by and i eventually call general motors because i was in tears and shock of how they were treating me. Days went by my husband asked them to make sure my car (while its waiting on the part to come in) if it could be parked either in the shade or carport because my car is usually parked in the garage when at home. We never heard anything back. I call and ask for Mike, i am told "HE NO LONGER WORKS HERE". WHY didn't anyone call us? At this point my car has been there for over a month. And I am PAYING OUT OF POCKET for a RENTAL from enterprise across the street from the dealership because they wouldn't help and I was not driving the dirty equinox around and to be completely honest it was not only dirty i specifically asked mike in the beginning i don't want a equinox, anything but those!! Why am i being punished because of FUEL PUMP RECALL? I pay my car payment(well its actually paid off). Why cant i choose what i drive until the part comes in? Why wasn't i called when mike was no longer my service contact, and Gabe was my new contact person? I get a call on 11/23 from Gabe , that my car is readybut... NOW... i need a new battery its $386 "do you want us to go ahead and put it in for you" as im sitting there in SHOCK. I just got a battery NOT even a YEAR ago, they rushed me to come get the car because they wouldn't cover the "daily fee" of the rental anymore. I go up to George Moore Scotti told me i could take the battery up the road to discount and get them to give me another since it was still under warranty. So ONCE again i go and do WHAT HE SAYS, we bring it back. My son and I WAIT again for them to bring my car back and they did. What they didnt tell me was the key part on the door handle was missing. YES missing. I didn't notice it until we got home because Gabe had the door open for me to get in. SO when I did call, THEY KNEW already.. because Gabe said "I made sure i asked before bringing the car to you if this was off when we received the car". I again asked for scotty when i came back up there because Gabe basically told me he couldn't do anything about it.There was marks to where it looked like my car had been hit from sitting in the SAME spot for 2 months. Common sense you would have to take that part off to get into my car because if you recall they called me telling me the battery was DEAD. They tried blaming the towing company, and then Toyota. I HAD TO WALK across the street with my son mind you to get camera footage to show Gabe and scotty that it had a door handle when it came to the dealership. LONG STORY SHORT after paying close to $1700.00 for a rental OUT OF POCKET, not to mention each and every time i had to come to the dealership this was the WORST experience ive ever had to go through. I would NEVER buy ANOTHER one from George Moore and i wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. We just bought the new 2025 Chev Tahoe High Country from another dealership. Mike,Gabe and Scotty were RUDE! More

He skillfully de-escalated the situation and made the necessary corrections in the computer system. Although there were some hiccups in my interactions with this dealership, I would still use them for future services. More

Didi has been my service rep for 2 years now, and I can say, without hesitation, that she is the best service rep I have ever had, at any dealership, anywhere. She actually cares about you. She has a brig say, without hesitation, that she is the best service rep I have ever had, at any dealership, anywhere. She actually cares about you. She has a bright infectious personality that puts you in a good mood too, and she does a great job at setting expectations and timeframes and explaining what's going on with your vehicle. George Moore Chevrolet itself has been open and honest from the start. They have never pushed anything that didn't need to be replaced, which is a big deal for me since so many places base replacements on mileage alone without even looking at the part in question, but they don't do that. Glenn made the sale part a breeze, polite and never pushy. Jackson and Jeremy made the ordering and financing almost fun. On the rare occasions I've had to speak to a service manager, Scottie was right there to go deep on how stuff works in a digestible way. I've sent multiple friends & family in for their purchases as well, and will continue to do so. More
