Flew in and purhcased a vehicle from Justin Klindt July 20, 2024 and drove it home that day. They only gave me 1 key fob and said they knew the previous owner and would get the 2nd fob. I have emailed and called this past fall and winter to keep checking because they will not follow up with me. I spoke to Justin over a week ago and he said he would call me back when he got in later that day, and nothing again. I call exactly 1 week later and no answer and no respons to my voicemail. Scott Zislen, the business manager, told me on the day I bought the car that he kneew the previous owner personally and would reach out ot get the key. I purchased this car and the missing key was not disclosed to me until I was signing the paperwork to which they told me they'd get the key. I've contacted them multiple times and tried to resolve this, but am just getting ghosted, they are the car salesman that we all don't want to deal with. They tell you what you want to hear and then don't stand behind their word and make it right. This could be an easy fix for the dealership to get a new key or an expensive fix for me to deal with a dealership where I live. My advise, shop somewhere else and spend you money with honest people.
