My wife looked at the Altama and wanted one to replace her Lincoln Town Car. It is a beautiful car and we are excited about the improvements on the gas mileage. He was new, but assured me that he and Gates would do everything they could to get us this car as close to the payments we wanted to pay. With Casey being out sick, he referred us to Scott on the day my wife and I visited Gates together. Scott was awesome! He was very informative and personable. He answered all questions. He took our idea situation that we provided. Worked with the financial department and got us close enough to our idea payment that we took the car. As a family we have made many vehicle purchases. However, our most recent purchase was one the toughest. Our children are now grown and out the house. We have several minivans and family sedans, so the field was wide open again for this vehicle purchase. It was almost like going back in time when my wife and I both drove sport cars. We were now buying a car for her not the family. However, my wife wanted a huge SUV and I thought we needed a sports sedan. It took us over a month to decide on the right vehicle. Scott Witt at Gates Nissan was the best Sales Consultant we have ever purchased a car from. Scott was pleasant and attentive to our needs. He was there at just the right time and kept in touch with us through the process. Through our selection process, my wife and I continued to gravitate back to Scott at Gates because he was understanding and never tried to push us into a vehicle just to make the sale. I came back a week later, because rates were lower and he was helpful again and wasn't pushy. He took his time and let me decide which vehicle I wanted. After purchasing my Sentra, he showed me every feature on the car and made sure that I understood how the features worked. He was very professional. No dealership in Lexington would come close to the price I got from Gates. One dealership couldn't believe their price.
