Gates Nissan is the best car dealership that my wife and I have worked with in the past 21 years living in the US. Jamie Gibson was outstanding in his courtesy and follow up to my internet inquiry and I kne I have worked with in the past 21 years living in the US. Jamie Gibson was outstanding in his courtesy and follow up to my internet inquiry and I knew approximately where my payment would be before arriving to test drive the vehicle. On arriving at the dealership the vehicle we had selected to test drive was up front and ready for us. As Jamie was busy with another customer at the time of our arrival Scott Witt continued to deliver the excellent sales experience we were hoping for and his knowledge of the 2014 Nissan Rogue we tested was impeccable. We felt that Jamie and Scott were honest and truthful and between them they took all of the stress out of buying a car and made it a pleasurable experience. After evaluating our trade in Scott came back with a realistic number and a lease payment that we had hoped for and we said yes and drove off the lot with the new car we wanted. In our experience this is not typical and usually a game of smoke and mirrors before the dealership arrives at the price you can accept. Jamie and Scott keep up the good work for Gates Nissan and we will most certainly recommend this dealership and both of you to friends, co-workers and relatives. More

As soon as we walked in the door there was nothing but excellent service. Everyone was extremely nice trying to make sure we was well taken care of within minutes. They never once tried to push a vehicle on us and they tried their very best to get us the vehicle we wanted. The bank was taking a while with getting back to them to let them know if we approved for the loan, so the General Manager was nice enough to ask us if we wanted to go ahead and leave for the day so he could give us a call if the bank approved our loan. Our vehicle had to be transferred from one dealership to the Richmond dealership and it was there Monday morning like they said it would be. When we seen our vehicle it was perfect. They cleaned it back up from the drive up and showed us all the features to it. Jamie Gibson and Scott Witt was excellent with handling our needs. We were more than satisfied with this dealership that when we need another vehicle we will be going back there! Which is saying a lot because we originally were wanting a Honda Pilot. We will also be referring everyone we know that wants a new car to go to Nissan in Richmond Kentucky. More
