Would never buy here again, days in advance we had already valued my trade in and worked out a deal for a new vehicle so I wouldn't have to spend all day at the dealership. I was already approved for the loan, already had my deposit ready so in theory I would just show up sign the paperwork give them my deposit and be on my way. Nope spent 3 hours just waiting to sign paperwork, every time I would ask the salesman how much longer it would take he would say be up in a minute every 30 mins. Got in at 12:30 left the dealership at 3:30 if it wasn't for that fact they had this particular vehicle that I needed I would've left. Again there was no let me test drive, let me think about it, lets see how much my trade is worth, whats the “best” deal you can do for me, none of that all of that was covered days before just show up and sign but nope. Cherry on top and I totally own up to it for not paying attention at the end but again after waiting 3 hours just to sign some documents I just wanted to leave. They upsold me on a “Triton Theft Protection System” stickers the dealer adds on vehicle panels incase your car gets stolen in my humble opinion a scam, which I did not ask for to be installed $549 charge (I saw the salesman put it on while I was waiting but I thought he was just checking something on the truck). I was not made aware a product was being installed on the truck, but again I did sign the paperwork so I own that mistake for not calling it out at the time. Would not come again, the people are nice and its a nice dealership just watch out for extras you did not ask for. More

They damaged my 2000 wheels and said they would reimburse me and have not. Ive been waiting for 3 months now and they don't care to take responsibility. Ive been going here for years so I assumed there was loyalty but since the previous managers have left the place has gone downhill and they discriminate against non GM cars and owners. More

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. After the tech put 50 miles on my car he decided it was the motor mounts. I leave the dealership and it was doing the same issue. I called the next day and was asked to go on a test drive with the mechanic. I show up at 7:30 am as instructed. I'm then told the tech isn't in till after 9. I had to be at work. From the 1st day I dropped my car off, I was told the service manager was going to look into it. However, I was lied to being that the service manager had left the dealership the previous week. Then every service writer I delt with was no longer employed with the dealership. Now I'm trying to find a dealership with a good transmission mechanic to service my car. I have placed several calls to the dealership to discuss this, but 2 weeks later, no one has yet to call. I also have yet to receive the paperwork for the repairs. I was told it'll be mailed to me... I'm still waiting on the paperwork, along with my call back...VERY DISAPPOINTED More
