As I live across the state, most of my Mercedes-Benz of Naples offers a first class, professional and extremely pleasant customer service experience. As I live across the state, most of my transactions were either by phone or email. I dealt with Adam Davis, for sales who went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and Tom Neglio for financing. These gentlemen were able to answer any and all of the questions I may have had along the way and did so with enthusiasm and thorough knowledge of their product. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they were completely prepared and had paperwork already waiting for me. the car was perfect and had been waxed and ready for me to drive and enjoy. The process was smooth and enjoyable. If anyone out there is considering driving a Mercedes = GO TO NAPLES !! More
