Scott was very helpful during a very busy visit. He was a top professional. After I purchased I forgot an item in my old car and Scott was quick to retrieve it and even offered personal delivery ser He was a top professional. After I purchased I forgot an item in my old car and Scott was quick to retrieve it and even offered personal delivery service to Port Charlotte which was greatly appreciated even though I ended up not needing it. The concierges at the entrance were both exceptional making me feel welcome and comfortable and they tipped the scales to not only decide to purchase from Jaguar Sarasota instead of a dealer in Tampa, but validated it upon a visit for service by being warm and welcoming once again.
