The purchase was easy. The car was ready in the showroom. We were explained in detail all the operations of the car. Paperwork seemed like it took forever and out of state The car was ready in the showroom. We were explained in detail all the operations of the car. Paperwork seemed like it took forever and out of state paperwork was not correct. We got it taken care by the IL SOS. We had a recall and have been treated professionally and respectful. I couldn't imagine better service from a service department. More

I've interacted with MINI of STL's service department for five years while owning a car I inherited from my mom who serviced her car there for a decade before me. MINI of STL's operational philosophy is steeped in transparency, service, and kindness. Everyone I've ever interacted w/ there is uniformly committed to providing the clearest, most transparent information re: service priorities re: my car, e.g., what I need to address first, and what I can wait to address later. I don't know how other car dealerships operate. Before owning my MINI, I serviced my Hondas at local garages. However, I have walked into massive regional dealerships that sell multiple makes and models. MINI of STL is a world apart from those impersonal, sales-driven superstores. At MINI, everything is calm, relaxed, and tailored toward customer satisfaction. MINI drivers exhibit high degrees of loyalty bc MINI caters to driver satisfaction in the cars they build all the way down to the dealerships that sell and service those cars! More

Scheduled windshield replacement at mini for the purpose of expert recalibration and was told it wasn’t necessary unless “we had problems. I don’t want problems. It’s a long drive back to the dealership, bu of expert recalibration and was told it wasn’t necessary unless “we had problems. I don’t want problems. It’s a long drive back to the dealership, but only ten minute drive to glass company. At check in I confirmed that a recalibration would be done. I also asked for winter floor mats, she wrote it on the ticket, also asked for the same at the time we bought the mini, they were to be ordered. Never happened. More
