This is our 3rd Honda! Scott was very knowledgeable and personable. He and his team worked hard to get the CRV we wanted since it wasn't in stock at the moment. We antic Scott was very knowledgeable and personable. He and his team worked hard to get the CRV we wanted since it wasn't in stock at the moment. We anticipated a month or two wait time which was fine. We were not in a hurry. We couldn't believe it when it had arrived within two weeks! Kudos to the team for all their hard work! Scott was great at communicating all along the process. Thanks Honda! More

Alexis was great. Well informed, courteous, and patient. Able to answer our questions without having to check with someone. Post-sale warranties presentation was an unpleasant surprise. Reverse sequencing of warranty options is an effective technique but a huge put-off which we discussed privately afterwards. Scott did his job effectively and was nice about it but the overall emotional impact on us was one of manipulation. I won’t tell anyone about Honda of Lincoln without mentioning that. Find a better way. In the end it made me feel strongly that your bottom line profit was more important than my customer satisfaction. More
