Paying almost 100 for oil change and I just realized the service adviser and tech. Used the wrong oil for my hemi challenger. Why in the world use blend oil instead of full synthetic? I ask to speak with th service adviser and tech. Used the wrong oil for my hemi challenger. Why in the world use blend oil instead of full synthetic? I ask to speak with the service manager I got hung up instead. This is ridiculous I'm paying premium prices for cheap oil change. I will not buy or do any service with huffines again. More

I took my Gladiator to a different dealer for an issue and realized my mistake after I took it to Huffines CJDR. This dealer took care of my problem and I am in love with my Jeep all over again. Only one word needed to describe, not just your professional staff and dealership, but especially directly with my Salesman Surya Bhasin, is, IMPRESSIVE! Scott Spindle introduced me to Surya. I w professional staff and dealership, but especially directly with my Salesman Surya Bhasin, is, IMPRESSIVE! Scott Spindle introduced me to Surya. I walked into his office like I was the boss, stating my expectations: did my research, listed what I wanted, plus add-ons, the price I was going to pay, and my trade-in value. Surya quickly responded and while he had my trade-in evaluated, and while taking my personal information, allowed Steve Ellison (Vehicle Exchange), Greg Birdsall (GM) to personally reach out to welcome my family to yours. And Josh Lancaster (Service Director) later sent me an email too. Next thing, I was blown away when Surya got my deal done, said let’s go to Finance to complete my purchase agreement, take delivery, and that Scott had a special surprise for me. I was further surprised when I went to Bill Bland (Finance) who gave me a great deal on extended vehicle protection plan (I confirmed with Service Manager Scott that it was a great deal.), and quickly finished my paperwork. There was my nice shiny diamond black crystal pearl RAM 1500 parked in the front door of the showroom and Surya began to guide me through the new technology and setting up my profile and how RAM works. He took even more time reinforcing my decision and distinguishing the value of my new RAM. Only one word needed to describe my new 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4 eco-diesel is WOW! I wanted a truck with lots of cabin space especially in the back seat (Got it with a bonus of heated and air cooled and reclining back seats!); and great fuel economy with lots of tow power and not have to refill the tank every 300-400 miles, like current electric and hybrid vehicles (Got it with Turbo Diesel Gen 3, 24-29 mpg!); and lots of new gadgets and comfortable functionality (Got it and more!). Feels like luxury in a smooth riding, spacious, efficient RAM. As I rode off into the sunset (intentionally to the west), I felt like The Godfather and got everything I wanted and more. I’m going to share this fun time with all my friends and family. You know it’s 2022 and I got my very first truck, the best new truck, from a fantastic family dealership, through my newest friends. WOW! IMPRESSIVE! I’m sooooo HAPPY. More

This is a follow up of my post this morning September 7th. I spoke to Chris Kite 3 times this morning, during our conversation he referred to me as bud, at first he said the part would not be in until th 7th. I explained that may vacation starts the 10th and I was going out of town. He managed to come up with part (amazing) and assured me my Jeep would be reedy after 3pm. Later this morning I spoke to his manager Scott Spindle who blamed the delay on availability of parts indicating it was not their fault and assured me my Jeep would be ready @ 5pm. In addition Scott Spindle tried to get me to modify my negative post. Not only has the service been unacceptable I feel disrespected. More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!..... I initially took my car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advi car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advisor MICHAEL PEREZ and told that my car was OVERHEATING after the fender liner replacement, and they replaced my steering gear to eliminate the issue. Michael also told me that my car was now making a crunching noise and that it was normal. I immediately went to the dealership to listen to the noise that he was describing as normal that WAS NEVER PRESENT BEFORE.. I did not take my car home that day and told him that I would make contact with Dodge customer service to determine what resolution would be taken. After contacting Dodge customer service I was assigned to a case manager who advised me to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. When I went in pick my car up Michael was not there and I asked for a Service manager. I then had a conversation with PHILIP MCCLEAN who told me the same thing Michael did and that the noise I was now having as a result of them working on my car was normal. The next day I took my car to a second dealership, and they advised me that my fender liner was NEVER REPLACED!! I was even told that a NEW RACK isn't typically installed on a car that has 14k miles. At this point, I was furious and called in to Dodge requesting assistance from my case manager. Unfortunately, my case manager was not available and I left a message for a callback. Monday 11/9 came, and I called back and left yet another message for my case manager. I also called the first dealership and asked for a manager and spoke with SCOTT SPINDLE who advised me that it was his first day back and he read briefly over my case and that I could bring my car in to look at it, but the noise has been determined to be normal. I brought it to his attention that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ON MY CAR and It is very hard for me to digest. I am unwilling to take my car back to this shady dealership as they may do more damage to my car. Today is Wednesday, my car is still making a noise, and I am getting the runaround from everyone..... This is unfair to me and very disappointing. This is my first DODGE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I don't understand how UNAUTHORIZED WARRANTY work can be supported by Dodge, and this dealership take advantage of consumers. It has been determined that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR on my car and someone needs to be held responsible More
