Serra Ford was straight forward with their pricing and didn't tack on junk fees and services like the other two dealerships. Very low pressure from sales to finance. Additional warranties and services were offered, but I want pressed when I declined. The entire process took less than 2 hours, including an extended test drive. I'm very loyal to good dealerships and salesmen. I will certainly be buying my next new Ford vehicle from Scott and Serra Ford again. More

From start to finish Scott and his crew did an amazing job getting me into my “new to me” truck. He went above and beyond on a Saturday to ensure we left with a vehicle and even fed the kids with while th job getting me into my “new to me” truck.
