We were interested in a Ford Expedition and he set up a time for us to meet with him. Later he texted and emailed my girlfriend a confirmation time. After driving an hour and a half we arrived to find out he was not available and not scheduled to day. I wish he would have told us that so we could have been prepared to work with someone else. 2. We began working with a salesman named Rob I believe. He showed us the car and explained that all the cars go through a safety checklist at the auto repair place before the end up on the lo so we could be reassured that we would be getting a quality used car. He also mentioned that his priority was to get us into the right car and make us satisfied so he could earn our repeat business and recommendations to our friends Unfortunately, as we drove the vehicle we noticed the "Check Engine" light on. While concerning it was not significant. Then when we got back to the dealership area and were driving in a parking lot we noticed a loud sound coming from the wheels. It was a grinding noise. When he drove the car it was still there. My girlfriend was also put out by the rearview mirror that while on, was shaking substantially. salesman offered to have it all fixed but we were not interested in that vehicle. He mentioned that an Escalade was available and while more than we wanted to spend we thought we would take a look at it. He said it was $8900. My girlfriend test drove it and liked it so I began to inquire about the vehicle. The check engine light was also on this vehicle and the radio did not work. I was looking to see if we could get a few hundred off the price. As I was aware of the payment she could afford I asked what the bottom line price might be and what how long would it take to run our credit check and get an interest rate for financing. He said he had to write up a thing and it would take two to three hours. I said we did not have that kind of time and I just needed to know what the price was and how long to run our credit. He began arguing with me. He raised his voice and was rude. At that pointe were done and I did not engage in any more conversation with him as we returned to the dealership. He continued to talk and insult both me and my girlfriend when he insinuated that we would not return if we went to lunch while he ran our information. He complained that he had put all lot of time into this day and did not want to get stood up. We returned and I went to leave while my girlfriend returned the keys. 3. It was at that point that Tony (the sales manager) came out to the car to apologize. He seemed friendly and apologetic and asked if he could he us out. We discussed it and decided to come back inside. He ran some numbers and said he could knock off two hundred dollars and would get us good financing given our complex situation. We discussed this and decided to buy the Escalade for8700. We were turned over to a different salesman who was much more professional and positive. We gave him all of our information and waited. We went to lunch and came back expecting to have an idea of what the package was but it was not done. We continued to wait and wait. We were going to be late for a family social gathering this would be worth it. I could not figure out what the problem was. Given that with 2000 down we would be financing right around $8000 I did not see why it was so difficult. I purchased a brand new Toyota Prius last August for $26000 with no problems. Finally the finance person came out and said we needed to put more down which we did not understand. We could not put more down and I was upset we had waited so long to find this out. Because I was confused I asked what the final price was and the interest rate was and that is when we got our final surprise. We found out that the 8900 price had become 10900. We asked the finance person to ask Tony about this as this was not what we had been told and suddenly we got a different story. To no surprise we left. If we had believed the price was 10900 we would have left hour ago. I was disappointed in start to finish with this experience. The only good news is that we did not buy a car. More

Ask after 6 months After purchasing 3 cars from Carson and hassling with their repair center, unorganized in-house financing, and paying $$$ for independent repairs (oh, After purchasing 3 cars from Carson and hassling with their repair center, unorganized in-house financing, and paying $$$ for independent repairs (oh, and forget the worthless warrantee), i would challenge ANYONE to ask the people who wrote these glowing reviews if they still feel that way 6 months after buying their car. Everyone is super friendly until you have problems. They'll call you to ask about stuff in your file without looking first (Well we're really busy) Something is WRONG with this place but they hide it well. Read the negative reviews. Take note of the patterns and pay attention. More

Terrible. The worst. Unbelievable!! THE WORST. I bought a car from this place about six months ago. Within less than 48 hours, the car broke down, radiator exploded and th Unbelievable!! THE WORST. I bought a car from this place about six months ago. Within less than 48 hours, the car broke down, radiator exploded and the car overheated in the middle of downtown Seattle rush hour traffic with anti-freeze spraying everywhere. They were initially very quick to respond and offered to replace the radiator and correct their wrong. The owner even personally called and told me if I continued to have problems, I could return the car and choose another. While they were fixing my car, I found an ad for the SAME CAR on another dealership site for $2,000 less than the lowest price they were "able to sell it to me for" the VIN #'s were a match, it was undoubtedly the same car. I got the car back and within a week, the radiator blew again. Obviously, they didn't replace it like they had said. This time they were rude about fixing it for me and said that if it broke again it was my problem. I'm not sure why a brand new radiator that they supposedly put in would continue to break.... but, shocker.... it indeed has leaked and broken over and over again, at my expense. Also within a month, the emblems fell off of the car, exposing that they had been held on with tape. The driver's side window fell into the door, costing over $1,000 to repair because the mechanic explained it had been duct taped and glued previously, they had to rebuild the inner workings of the door. I bought it during the summer, once it rained, I realized the sunroof leaks, and rain pours through all of the buttons on the roof. The speakers quit working one by one, then the radio quit working all together, the engine and transmission lights came on, the suspension went out as well as the power steering. All of the heat, ac, radio buttons, etc, have fallen off because they were broken and super glued on. If you lock the doors, the alarm goes off constantly. The bluetooth was broken and has never paired any devices although I was guaranteed it would work. The battery drains because of the electrical problems so it needs to be jumped and the battery needs to be replaced regularly. The warranty they sold me has covered nothing that has broken. The owner and salespersons quit returning my calls after the second time they "fixed" the radiator. Also, it came with one key. They wouldn't agree to get me another one at the time of purchase so they salesman said to make the sale, he would personally pay to have the key made for me and gave me his number........ he lied. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They sold me a lemon and they couldn't care less. They got their money and clearly don't care about return customers or word of mouth.
