Michael was great to work with. .. not at all too pushy or aggressive, like sales associates I encountered at other dealerships. I just felt a little rushed, makes me too nervous signing documents without looking at them a bit first. ( Of course he knows those documents very well & does that all the time.. whereas it's a bit overwhelming for the customer, who should have the opportunity to read through things at their own pace. ) And I did not like signing documents that were blank & could be filled in later. The lender listed on the document that I signed was not the actual lender for my purchase - which caused some hassle, when I later dealt with my insurance provider. It also surprised & concerned me - that the document I signed didn't have the correct lender's name/address on it. More
