I have leased at least eight of these Nissan rogue‘s from this dealership. Their service department is the worst. I needed a new battery after one year of driving it and had to have my car towed two months this dealership. Their service department is the worst. I needed a new battery after one year of driving it and had to have my car towed two months later to find out that the heated seats were after market install. They don’t want to reimburse me to have to pay for the heated seats to be disconnected, which was running down my battery. More

The worst possible experience I could have. Had my 2017 Altima towed there because the transmission went bad. Only 27000 miles on it. They have the car 3 and half weeks. Austin never calls you or explains Altima towed there because the transmission went bad. Only 27000 miles on it. They have the car 3 and half weeks. Austin never calls you or explains what is needed. Kept saying it needed to be rebuilt but took 3 weeks to get the parts. Which I believe is a lie because they don’t rebuild them at the shop. No loaner car . In other words don’t ever buy a Nissan or bring your car to get serviced at this place! More

Knowledgeable and fair After dealing with numerous dealerships that we could see were trying to get us to spend alot of money and handing us alot of crap, we decided to try After dealing with numerous dealerships that we could see were trying to get us to spend alot of money and handing us alot of crap, we decided to try the Nissan/Kia dealership in Middletown,N.Y. The salesman they took care of us was Rich Walsh. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to what other salesmen we encountered. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the vehicle that would not only meet our needs but also did his very best to get it for a price that we could afford. He took the time to honestly answer all our questions and by the time we left we were driving home in our new 2018 Nissan Frontier. He definitely diserves our highest recommendation. More

Bad business AWFUL! That's how I would describe the service and professionalism of this particular dealership ( Nissan of Middletown on Route 17) and Corporate. T AWFUL! That's how I would describe the service and professionalism of this particular dealership ( Nissan of Middletown on Route 17) and Corporate. The only time we were treated with respect was when we bought our brand spanking new 2015 Nissan Quest with 11 miles on the odometer. We bought it because we knew it would fit our needs , both my wife and myself are disabled and we still have 4 children who are still in school (elementary through college) so we use this vehicle everyday several times a day. Soon after we bought it we noticed it would shimmy when going up a small hill. We live upstate so very small hills are everywhere. We took it back after having it a week and at first they said it was because it was new, all the screws and joints had to lubricate themselves as we drove the car and the issue would resolve itself, to give it another weeks time. We took it back 3 weeks later and they told us to leave it so a technician could take it home and drive it overnight to test drive it. I got a call the same day and he asked me if I had ever noticed when I hit my brakes it also shaked . Because of this assessment they kept my car for 7 days and put in the front passenger axle. Now my car not only shimmys while going up a hill but also shakes and rattles when i make left turns . I have gone back only to receive unprofessional rolling of the eyes and be treated as a nuisance. I would like this to be resolved but it seems they believe it has been since they removed a new axle and replaced it with a new one and gave me another problem. That my friends is 1 problem + 2 problems Nissan gave me = 3 problems I now have! More

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BROUGHT 2012 KIA IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTOR, AND THAT IT WOULD BE COVERED, EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL UNDER WARRANTY. BROUGHT IT BROUGHT 2012 KIA IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTOR, AND THAT IT WOULD BE COVERED, EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL UNDER WARRANTY. BROUGHT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY FIXED THE CAR FOR $150.00 More

We have been dealing with this service department for over 15 years. They have had their ups and downs. When we first started going to Nissan of Middletown Scott was the service manager and has been al over 15 years. They have had their ups and downs. When we first started going to Nissan of Middletown Scott was the service manager and has been all through the dealership, now that he is back in charge of the service department you can see the positive changes in everything they do. I enjoy working with all of the guys in the service department, but without Scott I probably wouldn't go back. More
