I don’t expect mechanical issues on cars after 6 hours of leaving the lot. I also do not expect new cars to have dents. But things happen and it’s the way it’s handled that matter most to me. Before coming in to the dealership to select any vehicles, I was online looking at the affordable, great deals that I might be interested in buying. I made a phone call to talk with someone regarding what I saw online, I spoke Janet, she’s a sales associate at the dealership very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory, she assured me that she would be able to assist me in finding the right vehicle. I arrived at Rusty’ Honda Volkswagen Dealership with great expectation of buying a car. I just test drove only two cars knowing that the second car was right for me. I found a 2014 Passat TDI diesel turbo charge which was perfect for my grandson. We made the purchase and I’ve been very pleased with my selection. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle to shop here and ask for Janet. The finance manager Scott, was very helpful not pushy about selecting a maintenance plan, he was a pleasure to talk with. He offered and discussed what would be the best additional coverage if I choose to purchase. Sales Person I have purchased many. many cars over my lifetime, some deals easy, others difficult. But good sales people work hard to make their customers happy an I have purchased many. many cars over my lifetime, some deals easy, others difficult. But good sales people work hard to make their customers happy and still sell cars at a profit. I spoke with Matt Soler at Rusty Wallis VW and he was by far the WORST sales person I have ever dealt with. HE tried to low-ball my trade-in and when I showed him with hard copy proof what other dealerships where valuing my trade he simply said go there then. Never tried, never came back with any counter offer to negotitate and see if we could come to an agreement. Just simply said go to the other guy. Rusty Wallis should be embarrassed to have sales people like this working for them and I can assure you that me, my family and everyone else I know and talk to will know about Rusty Wallis VW and most definitely Matt Soler who is obviously just skating by at his job. I started here, but will be writing a letter to VW Corporate as well as word of mouth and every form of social media available to me. I also have over 3,000 LinkedIn connections that will know about Matt Soler and Rusty Wallis. More

Give you a great price to get you in the door....then....no. RW VW quoted me the lowest prices over the internet and phone. So, I went in and took a look, gave credit app and was ready to do a deal. If I want to add something to my car, I will do it myself. It will cost less and will be done better. After wasting half of my day, they finally gave a good price. By then I was done and was ready to find a different dealer. If you want to do it the old fashioned way, go to Rusty Wallis. If you want to do it much quicker and with less stress, go elsewhere. I happily purchased two VW's at other dealers in the metroplex. Got a great deal and was completely straightforward and pleasant. More
