Specifically Scott, he really comes through with great suggestions and sets expectations appropriately. After this last visit I was not only impressed with the work done on the car, but as always the service was just exceptional. More

We have used the services of the Audi dealership in Gilbert since they opened. We go every year for the annual check-up at this dealership and despite Mr Scott Pfannenstiel has always been ours service Gilbert since they opened. We go every year for the annual check-up at this dealership and despite Mr Scott Pfannenstiel has always been ours service contact person he didn’t remember us. Today we had a sudden problem, the central interior mirror of the car went detached and felt down but it is in perfect conditions, so we went to the dealership to see if they could help us by putting it back in its place. We need to use the car every day and we can't drive without that mirror. In my opinion a technician could do it in few minutes. However, Mr. Pfannenstiel told us that all technicians were busy and we had to make an appointment for the next week. We told him that we have to use the vehicle daily and we couldn’t wait until next week when, if he call to a technician, it could be likely fixed in a few minutes. He refused to do so. I found regrettable the little interest and lack of empathy to resolve the little problem (big for us) of, until now, a loyal Audi customer. More

I usually do not leave a lot of reviews but in this case, I want to share my thoughts. I have been in the market for a used vehicle and wanted an Audi, so I found an SQ5 at Audi Gilbert. After doing research I want to share my thoughts. I have been in the market for a used vehicle and wanted an Audi, so I found an SQ5 at Audi Gilbert. After doing research I decided to visit the dealership. Upon arrival I asked to speak with an Audi brand specialist. Xavier Young came to assist my wife and me. As far as used car sales go, I of course was leery due to past experiences purchasing new and used. Xavier changed my thoughts from the onset, and I felt very comfortable as our conversation continued. I had a lot of questions due to my research and the dependability of a used Audi but again Xavier took the time to answer my questions and explain the Audi brand and the concerns I had. When it came time to the test drive, he took all the time needed to walk me through the features and operating process to get the best test drive possible. Not at any point did Xavier make us feel that we were keeping him from anything or rushed. Xavier took the time to step away as we spoke about the deals numbers and again did not make us feel rushed. This was a cash deal, so we were not able to fund the Audi due to the weekend and came back on a Tuesday for delivery and again Xavier took all the time needed to support delivery and answer my additional questions. One of my questions was what service adviser he recommends. At this point I was taken to the service and parts area to meet Scott and get a brief interdiction to service and parts. If you have taken the time to read all this you can see you will not go wrong asking for and dealing with Xavier Young and Audi Gilbert. More

The abysmal service experience I have endured with the dealership has been unparalleled in its sheer ineptitude and flagrant disregard for quality standards. Allow me to recount the egregious tale of woe dealership has been unparalleled in its sheer ineptitude and flagrant disregard for quality standards. Allow me to recount the egregious tale of woe surrounding my Audi Q5 Plug In Hybrid and its associated charger, which has proven to be an unrivaled exemplar of malfunction and inefficiency. Upon discovering that my charger was plagued with issues, rendering it incapable of operating at an acceptable level of functionality, I promptly entrusted it to the dealership for a replacement. Accompanying this request was a carefully composed missive from Audi itself, unequivocally asserting the abnormality of the situation and the unacceptable length of time it takes for the charging process to reach completion. Regrettably, nearly four months have elapsed since that fateful day in March of 2023, during which I have undertaken an arduous and relentless campaign of communication, both written and verbal, in my desperate quest for answers from the dealership. Alas, my valiant efforts have been met with naught but a deafening silence, further compounding the depths of their abysmal service. In their audacity, the dealership has the audacity to label my predicament as the fabled "unicorn" of Audi, as if my torment is some mythical apparition born from the depths of my own imagination. Yet, for me, this ordeal has transpired as a harrowing nightmare of unparalleled proportions, with no relief or resolution in sight. More
