I’m retired Publix Manager for 26 years and now into Sales Consultant for Volkswagen for 4 years. Taken care of my customers and go above and beyond for them on a vehicle for they’re looking for. I enjoy putting a smile on my customers face, knowing that I found the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. I am here to make the process goes smoothly as possible and stress-free. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family or doing upgrades, Home projects or decorating outside of the house for Halloween or Christmas time for neighbors to enjoy.

Wonderful experience. I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next few hours Sheila sent me a personalized video saying hello with a tour of the vehicle. I went in the next day. Through the test drive, appraisal, and paperwork they were charismatic and neighborly- especially Scott and Jacob. Thank you to Nathan, Andrew, and Jesse. With this as my 7th vehicle- They are the easiest and most pleasant dealership I’ve been to by far. Recommend 100% More

Scott was great and found me exactly what i was looking for! The customer service and follow up were exceptional. Also, i tend to dread the finance room but Jacob was also great and so helpful. Scott did a great job showing great knowledge of the vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and wanted to check at O’Steen last minute to see if they could sway us. The customer service alone sold us and we walked away the same day with a new lease and canceled our purchase elsewhere. Our finance guy at O’Steen Jacob was great and very helpful. Overall great experience you guys are doing the right thing. More

Scott was amazing! !! he worked with us on his day off, lay into the evening the day before that. More relaxed atmosphere working with Scott (our salesman) and Jesse (business manager). We initially went one night to look at a car on our way back to another dealer location. However, working with Scott’s and Jesse (business manager). We initially went one night to look at a car on our way back to another dealer location. However, working with Scott’s relaxed, no pressure, personable approach with us, we decided to come back to this location the following day (vs pressure tactics/lot lizards at other location). My wife showed up many hours before me and looked at cars (Scott was tied up and she was assisted by another). When I arrived, Scott was able to reengage with us. We bought a car and Jesse got involved on ensuring all financing and paperwork was complete. He also had great personal, no pressure skills that made the evening well worth the wait. The car is great and would recommend these two for your future car needs. More
