If you are looking for off lease vehicle I would check Novak first. Showroom very clean and quiet! All cars are inside so you can take your time reviewing the car. Simply put, if you're looking for a great used car at a fair price, look no further, Novak Motors is the only place to go! This is the second vehicle my family has purchased there. From the moment I walked into the showroom til the time I drove out with my beautiful new set of wheels, it was a wonderful experience! I was lucky to get Scott M as our salesman. He is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, no pressure, no bulls**t, i never felt rushed, and he wasn't glued to my side as I strolled the showroom. The showroom itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. They have a vast inventory of beautiful vehicles in perfect condition, all of them cream puffs in their own way. no hidden fees no last minute nonsense. Novak is extremely transparent. I've sent friends there as well who've purchased vehicles and had the same great experience. Their website is easy to navigate and filter for specific vehicles. But nothing beats going down to the showroom and looking at all the beautiful cars, it's almost impossible not to find a vehicle there! More

I am a repeat customer. The buying experience is like no other. Very straight forward and no hidden fees. Scott, the salesman was very patient and friendly. However, the service department was the pits. They literally broke my car and I was forced into buying another vehicle. It’s a long story but I do not recommend the warranty or the service department at Novak. Go get work done on your vehicle at another warranty approved shop. Ray, the service manager has NO CLUE what his technicians are doing. More
