Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat belt buckle. Said that they didn’t even sit in the driver seat and refuse to even look at the buckle or fix it, so i guess im the liar? Major safety issue right there. Mmm wish i could rate a 0, terrible service and the employee who dealt with me, unprofessional. Definitely will not be coming back. More

Mixed feelings I have mixed feelings so far. Buying originally at the old location was easy and without hassle. The new location has a nice waiting area/amenities, f I have mixed feelings so far. Buying originally at the old location was easy and without hassle. The new location has a nice waiting area/amenities, friendly staff and easy appt set-up. The option of a loaner car is great as well as complimentary vehicle rtn to Danville for Geisinger employees (not sure if other places are involved). I have not visited for basic services/car maintenance so can't comment on that but am extremely frustrated to be taking my vehicle back yet again for 'repair' of the same exact issue in a short period of time. Even though it is covered under warranty, its recurrence is frustrating. I just want my new-ish car fixed once and for all. More
