Eddie Ackerman sales person I came in to get a new truck knowing what I wanted to buy I came in and saw Eddie Ackerman. I told him what u wanted drove 4 different cars and trucks I came in to get a new truck knowing what I wanted to buy I came in and saw Eddie Ackerman. Then again I said a different color. Yes I am a hard person to deal with. So after going back to the color black he went back and had to find one again cause they sell fast So he found it. Very pleased with the experience My wife and I had dealt with the dealership when it was Larry Hill Ford and were pleased with their service. This was our first trip to Cleveland For My wife and I had dealt with the dealership when it was Larry Hill Ford and were pleased with their service. This was our first trip to Cleveland Ford since the name and management change from Larry Hill Ford. We had been pleased with the former owner's service. We took in our one year old Fusion for a recall service. Neither of us had really been happy with the car and my wife's rheumatoid arthritis made it difficult for her to get in or out. While waiting, we wandered out on the lot and were looking at Escapes as we had already had two of them. A young salesman, Corey Brackett, came out and answered questions. He is a new employee at the dealership and is very knowledgeable about Ford's products. He was polite, courteous and observant of my wife's physical condition in that he didn't race ahead from car to car but took the time to walk at her pace. I didn't go on the two test drives with them as I wanted her to make her own decision about which vehicle would suit her. She made her decision, we got a very fair appraisal on the Fusion, and the deal was done. If the quality of service that we experienced continues, we will definitely be repeat customers. More
