Bought a 2017 Macan GTS to be shipped to Hawaii. My salesman Scott Marks was very nice, and said I did not need to have a pre inspection by an independent company. He said " I do 30 million in sales around the world, so you have no worries". Me figuring that this is a Ferrari dealership, they know what they are doing Low and behold, as soon as I get it in and drop it off to Porsche Hawaii for a safety inspection, I was called and told the vehicle had significant damage repaired, and it was not done very well.. Overspray everywhere, panel not back on correctly etc... Even now I have a lot of creaks/rattles after dropping over 3.5k in trying to just clean it up I asked Porsche if it was possible that it was never reported to car fax, but they said any dealership worth its salt could see the damage from underneath. Like I said Scott was very nice, but at the end of the day, I was sold a wrecked vehicle and it was not disclosed. More
