Carl has been our Friend and "Just Also" our Car Specialist. He has provided us with guidance when we wanted to enter the PHEV market with, first our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and then our 2021 Specialist. He has provided us with guidance when we wanted to enter the PHEV market with, first our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and then our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. We liked being on the Leading Edge of "High MPGe Electric-Only" but with the "ICE" (internal combustion engine) to eliminate range anxiety. When the 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV caught our eye, Carl helped us, once again, by going above and beyond to put us into a Virtually-Brand-New car with just a handful of miles. He was in the right place to be able to put this beautiful Mazda into our hands and save us a LOT of MONEY as well. When it comes to Knowledge of Product and the personal friendship with us, Carl has both ends of our transaction in his capable hands. Two brand new, and the third, that was so new the bumps weren't even worn off the tires... Carl has been our Guide and Facilitator to help us step-UP with each of our purchases. We are "Members" of the NORTHTOWNE AUTO GROUP Family. First our VW EOS in 2009, followed by 2 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV's (with Lincoln finance) and ending with Mazda and our CX-90 PHEV we have touched almost all the NORTHTOWNE Group's Brands. More

I felt no pressure during the negotiations and he spent extra time with me on the car's computer. I will feel free to call him with any questions I might have in the future. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ONE IN A MILLION AND LOVES VETS THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVIC THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS THANKED FOR MY SERVICE THAT I RENDERED TO MY COUNTRY. I was thanked by the CAR DEALERSHIP as well as the SERVICE DEPARTMENT the absolute moment I said that I was a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN! I took my car to this service department because I had trouble with another car dealership in the city. The other car dealership rendered NO SERVICE to me at all, and I was cheated out of my hard earned money, the other dealership wouldn't even honor a WE OWE that we both had signed! This CAR DEALERSHIP, LOVES VETERAN'S, and they showed it by fixing my car problem's with no question's asked. This service department told me that "WE DO NOT NEED TO SEE ANY WE OWE'S FROM ANYONE, THAT IS NOT OUR BUSINESS, ALL WE WANT TO DO IS SATISFY ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS"! YOU ARE HERE NOW AND YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST OF RESPECT, AND WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I ALMOST FAINTED AND USED THE RESTROOM ON MYSELF, IT WAS SO VERY NICE TO BE AT A DEALERSHIP THAT MADE THEIR CUSTOMERS #1. KUDOS TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY TRULY DO CARE AND YOU CAN FEEL IT. WHEN YOU ARE SPOKEN TO YOU HAVE THEIR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. THEY ARE ONE IN A MILLION. THEY APPEARED TO MAKE EVERYONE WALKING THRU THEIR DOORS FEEL SPECIAL, NEEDED AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER! THEY WANT OUR BUSINESS, SO LET"S GIVE IT TO THEM. great sales I was researching trading in my 10 year old Lincoln in December which I had bought from Northtowne Lincoln in 2005. Paul Reeves contacted me and I to I was researching trading in my 10 year old Lincoln in December which I had bought from Northtowne Lincoln in 2005. Paul Reeves contacted me and I told him I was planning on trading in January. He was very nice and helpful. He kept in contact with me and on Valentine's Day I went into the dealership and came out with a 2013 MKZ. Paul is a wonderful person and the entire experience was great. He gave me a fair trade in and it was a joy to work with him. He has even followed up to ask if I needed another run through of all the gadgets on my new car. It was a pleasure working with him. Scott LeFever was through and really nice to work with on the financing. More

A Positive Experience I initially contacted Adam Quint regarding a Hyundai Genesis. After driving one at another dealer I decided it was not the car for me. Adam let me k I initially contacted Adam Quint regarding a Hyundai Genesis. After driving one at another dealer I decided it was not the car for me. Adam let me know via email that he dealt with several other brands, to include Lincoln. After some additional online research, I saw that the dealership had a pre-owned car that might suit me well. Adam was quite patient and solicitous. Scott LeFever was on hand to answer any questions Adam did not have ready answers to, as Hyundai is really his specialty. It was a very good experience. And I must mention Finance Manager John Candiano. He walked me through the whole process painlessly. A delightful gentleman. Of course I have had my MKZ for fewer than 24 hours, but I think the car was the right purchase for me and feel confident that the team will be there to assist with any questions or issues that arise. If you are in the market for a Lincoln, new or pre-owned, this is a great place to visit. And although Adam is really a Hyundai man, he will enthusiastically assist you with any brand Northtowne offers. More
