You met with me to try to explain way the rebates in the discounts and it still did not add to what is was on the deal paper work. The numbers do not lie. I have provided a very detailed explanation as to why I feel that I was shorted $2495. And if you would like I’ll bring it to you again. I was not given the one of the $1000 discounts and you consider it twice for the destination fee. Period. You never rectified anything all you did was try to explain it away that it was my gap insurance and they maintenance and I could get that refunded, If I was so worried about the money that was not the point I’m not finished with this you ripped me off of $2495.00. What you do is included in the sticker price the destination as well as on the deal work up sheet. It’s horrible you can’t charge twice for the same thing and the discounts we’re not provided as discussed. I was only missing $1000 of all that was supposed to be given I should’ve gotten 6000 discount and only got five and that included my cash. I’ll send you my work up. It’s simple math the gap and the maintenance package was added after the fact. I wonder how many people if they really go back and check or had a copy of your dealer sheet would determine the same exact thing that’s $1495 people that’s a lot of money in today’s world and your ripping people off!!!
