After having an appointment for over a week they refused to work on my truck claiming they were not taking new customers. This is even after I had the vehicle towed to the dealer. Dealership and service associates do a great job getting us in and out. My initial call was not so good. With transmmision problems i was forced to wait eight days befor service begun.
