Friendly excellent service Scott is friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. The rest of the service department staff was friendly and helpful. When it came time for me to pay they made it as quick and painless as possible. 😊 More

Scott was my contact person and I was impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he did everything I asked about and the job was completed ahead of the estimated time. I have asked that all email be sent to Dianne@linstruth.net, not once but four different times and yet here I am responding to an email forwarded to me by my husband. Four people have told me it was taken care of. Hopefully it will be now. More

Service great, sales Ok Service guy today was excellent. Easy to work with. Great with all customers. Felt a little swindled in the buying of the car. Was told it would get n Service guy today was excellent. Easy to work with. Great with all customers. Felt a little swindled in the buying of the car. Was told it would get near the mileage I wanted after it broke in. MPG was my biggest priority. I’ve already put 3k miles on the car. It’s not getting the mileage I wish it would and now I’m stuck with it. Car runs great. The sales guy did a pretty good job figuring out what we needed. Wish I had pressed to try a few other vehicles with better mpg. The service department at Kia was the best I’ve experienced. Not sure it would be enough to make me buy there again. More
