Our salesperson, Anthony Massihi was AWESOME - best experience we ever had with a car dealer (we bought 2 new vehicles from him in as many days)! Scott the Sales Mgr is another story, he made a $3000 experience we ever had with a car dealer (we bought 2 new vehicles from him in as many days)! Scott the Sales Mgr is another story, he made a $3000 mistake on our paperwork which we based our purchase decision on and when we called him out on it, he made jokes about it claiming he has to work with a lot of numbers and this can happen - he laughed about it and did not seem sincere at all (gave us the feeling he does this all the time in order to make the sale). If not for the good experience with Anthony, we would have walked away. I suggest if you have to deal with Scott, RUN away as fast as you can - he only cares about himself and takes no responsibility for his actions!!! More

Selection of Hondas available, price being asked, dealership showroom - all better than average. My salesperson, Steve, was fantastic. The value of my trade-in that I was offered at the dealership was only about a third of what the dealerships on-line trade-in valuation stated - almost a deal breaker. Considering I had shopped on-line and had already contacted the dealership to tell them which vehicle I was coming in to test drive, the whole buying process took far too long at almost five hours. "Detailing/Cleaning" of the car prior to my leaving took too long to complete. The ball was dropped when they brought the car around for me to drive home, but no one put any temporary plates on the car, so I couldn't legally drive the car until I phoned them and they FedExed temp plates to me. Bottom line...their selection of on-the-lot vehicles and prices, as well as a great salesperson, overshadowed the other negatives. More
