We were treated with respect My wife and I don’t consider shopping for a new or used car much fun, but when we started what we both thought would be a arduous journey, our fe My wife and I don’t consider shopping for a new or used car much fun, but when we started what we both thought would be a arduous journey, our fears were soon put to rest after meeting first David Burns and then Nathan Wood. Part of our concerns were should be buy used or new?, stay with the CRV?…what kind of trade-in value did our present car have?, etc. Not only did these two gentlemen answer a multitude of questions which we had competently, but with professionalism and respect which kind of closed the deal. When we left home we didn’t think we would be returning with a new Honda CRV, but the afternoon was surprisingly productive after arriving at Wilde and meeting a salesman who put out his hand and welcomed us and asked us how he could help. Exceeded my expectations! I must say that I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decid I must say that I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decided that it was time to get something a bit bigger and AWD. I had done a lot of research online and had narrowed my search down to three different vehicles...one of those being the Honda CR-V. Scott Jensen was the salesmen that took me under his wing. He was very patient and answered all my questions while I was deciding if the CR-V was the one for me. I must say that it was the way I was treated by Scott that ultimately made my decision to purchase the CR-V. He was very patient and never pushy to make a sale. He never bad mouthed the other vehicles that I was looking at (can't say the same for the other dealers). I will say that when it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be a repeat customer of Wilde East Honda and I hope that Scott will still be there. I tend to keep my vehicles for many years so you just never know. :) More

Extrordinary Customer Service This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a d This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a difference from what I remember back then! It was finally time to go into a bigger vehicle and my sales person Scott Jensen made sure that we found the perfect vehicle for me and my family, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He answered every question that I had and could not have been any easier to work with. My schedule is very busy and he was so accommodating. Even when I had to reschedule my appointment (twice) he completely understood. It was more like talking with a friend rather than a sales person, but I know that none of my friends know as much about the Pilot as Scott did! He linked my phone, programmed my stereo, adjusted all of my settings and then he and a co-worker even delivered the vehicle to my home.....after they closed for the night!!! What kind of a company does that? A company that is truly focused on customer service, that's who. I've had my new Pilot for a little over a month now and love it just as much as the day I got it. Thank you for making this such a great experience. I won't be waiting another 9 years before I make another visit to Wilde. E.T. More

A company I can call home I am from out of the country and I recently arrived at Madison to work. I needed to go ahead and leave my family for a while to venture out and get settled here before having them come over. From the moment I left the airport and travelled to my hotel, I realized one thing, I needed a car. Now that is a tall task. Dealership horror stories from all over the internet haunted me. But I knew it had to be done. I've visited a number of dealerships, but none came close to the wonderful experience I had at Wilde East Towne Honda. During my first visit, I've set up an appointment with Scott. I was greeted at the door by Chris. Since Scott still had some visitors, Chris accomodated me. He made me feel welcome and at home when he mentioned he was rooting for Pacquiao to beat Mayweather in their upcoming bout. During my second visit, it was Syed this time who helped me out while waiting for Scott. He urged me to test drive the cars I was looking at. Now I would like to talk about Scott. He made the tall task of selecting a car seem like a breeze. The best thing about Scott though, is he exceeded my expectations. He just wasn't a car salesman. He went above and beyond. He befriended me, found out about the obstacles and hurdles I've been having and suggested solutions. Through his help, I now have my first ever car, and I believe and know that I have selected the best one available for me. I am definitely taking care of this car, and will seek Wilde East Town Honda and Scott out once I ready to purchase my next vehicle. I've heard about this cliche that sales men need my business, but the truth of the matter is, at that moment, I needed them. Thanks Scott, Chris, Syed! More

In fact my daughter said when she is ready to purchase a new Honda it will be through him, as she was with me in the looking stage. He made the transition an easy process as I had other issues in my life at that same time! More

He really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering my questions about leasing vs. buying or just being able to explain all of the different features to me, and there are a ton! He really took his time and never made me feel like I had to rush to a decision. Plus, he's also checked in with me to make sure that everything has been working perfectly and to invite me to their workshop, and he even reminded me to make sure that I open my sunroof on these nice days!!! Did I mention that I love love love my new car!!! Great customer service....without a doubt, I will recommend Scott and Wilde to everyone. Thanks so much. Liv B More

Great service and rewarding experiences! When I came into Wilde Honda for an oil change and free car wash, my daughter wanted to see a Fit. Scott Jensen was terrific. She was up front with hi When I came into Wilde Honda for an oil change and free car wash, my daughter wanted to see a Fit. Scott Jensen was terrific. She was up front with him and told him she could not afford to buy a car for another year. No problem, Scott insisted she take a test ride in her dream car! Fast forward a few weeks and 2 of our cars died. Because we loved our Honda CRV, my husband decided he wanted a Honda Fit...under pressure from our daughter of course. We arrived at Wilde Honda at 10 am, looked up Scott and test road, financed, and took delivery of our car in 3 hours. We had been pre- approved by US Bank but the Honda fiancé was able to meet or exceed our bank. One thing that impressed me was that Scott understood my husbands lack of expertise with computers, so he brought a Fit that actually had a couple of buttons instead of all touch screen. Scott spend over 30 minutes showing my husband the car, programmed his favorite station, cleaned, polished, wiped and buffed the car to showroom sparkle. They also put new plates put on, put in all weather mats and waxed the wheels so they would repel snow. Scott's last words were, "you'll get a call from me tomorrow, say hi to Mikki (our daughter)!" What do I think of Wilde Honda? Family! That is about the only word it could use to describe our relationship. I know we will never shop anywhere else again. I just helped my grandson ??????????Feb 6, 2015 I would like to say thank you to Scott Jensen, sales and leasing consultant – Wilde Honda, Madison. I just helped my grandson purchase his first newer vehicle, a 2012 Honda Civic, from Wilde Honda of Madison. My wife and I have been a two vehicle family for over 50 years now and when our two sons purchased, we were a 4 vehicle family for 5 of those years when we all lived together. So when I say I’ve bought a lot of vehicles, you get the idea of the number of vehicles. I must say that working with Scott Jensen was a pleasure and not a challenge. He was knowledgeable on all of the Honda vehicles we looked at and he educated my grandson on necessary facts about the possible purchase of these vehicles. We looked at both leasing and purchasing and Scott provided excellent guidance around what my grandson could afford and suggested some of the best choices of the vehicle on the lot. On a very cold February day, Scott pulled multiple vehicles up for us to look at and warmed them up for us. Scott answered every question we had and showed a very real concern to ensure that my grandson would be satisfied long after his final purchase decision. We never felt pressured to buy and he shared with us how to help understand vehicle and dealer pricing of vehicles. This helped us even build more trust and confidence in Scott and Wilde Honda of Madison. I have worked with many dealer vehicle sales persons over the years and I firmly believe that Scott is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I even found out after the fact that Scott came in on his day off to help us close the deal and make sure that my grandson needs were met immediately. Every sales person could learn something from Scott. Thank you Scott. I’m also impressed with Wide Honda certified used vehicles they had on the lot along with their used vehicle warranty.
