WORST Dealership you could go to. Damaged my Engine in my 2012 Cadillac SRX and then tool NO RESPONSIBILITY. Just to have a key made for the vehicle. They never said they were go Damaged my Engine in my 2012 Cadillac SRX and then tool NO RESPONSIBILITY. Just to have a key made for the vehicle. They never said they were going to need to start the vehicle but did anyway and knew we just purchased it from an auction and did not have any information on it. The tech that was programming the key knew that we only wanted to get the E-Break released and needed a programmed key- that is all we asked and agreed to. The tech finished programming the key which took forever and then started the vehicle - got out and looked at the engine - I heard it sounded very bad - not a mechanic here and told him that he should turn it off. The tech just stood there and was looking at it. I asked my roommate who is a mechanic and he said to demand him to turn it off. By this time about a minute has gone by and I finally got the tech to turn it off but prior to him the ROD blew through the engine. No my understanding is if you take your vehicle to a dealership to have them work on it as soon as they take possession of the vehicle and start working on it what they do to it is their responsibility I have spend over a year and a half trying to get them to fix this and they continuously refuse to take responsibility not only that the OWNER of the dealership refuses to return any of my calls or emails. WOULD YOU ever take your vehicle or purchase a vehicle from a dealership that does not care for your vehicle and thinks they are not responsible for any possible damages they do to it? DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY - I have text and messages from the Manager at the dealership who said she would let her management team know and have someone contact me. NO ONE HAS ... I even reported this to the local news and heard nothing.. SO REVIEWS IT IS. More

I bought a cadillac for cadillac service. Ghent does not provide cadillac service. Sales makes promises but their service department does not fulfill the agreement. I took a while to do this review because I wanted to make sure I had all the information to be fair. May of 2023 I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to fix a collapsed lifter. Initially I was happy wi sure I had all the information to be fair. May of 2023 I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to fix a collapsed lifter. Initially I was happy with the service and nothing seemed wrong. I discovered a couple of days later that my A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I called and they got me in to diagnose the problem. They told me at the time that the service dept wasn't at fault because they said they didn't touch the A/C. They told me that I had a damaged condenser, and gave me a quote to fix it. My husband told me he disagreed with them on not touching the A/C because he said they have to disconnect it. I still held off with a review just in case my husband was wrong. Well when we took it to a different Chevy dealership to have the problem fixed (took us a year because of cost purposes) they informed us not only did the A/C need to be disconnected, but there were also no seals on the condenser where they were supposed to be. So I am only disappointed with my experience because the mistake cost me $900 and I was lied to. More

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships! More

On one oil change the tech left my oil fill cap off of my truck and it was sitting on the core support. My last oil change the tech left my glove box laying on the passenger floor and my cabin air filter on truck and it was sitting on the core support. My last oil change the tech left my glove box laying on the passenger floor and my cabin air filter on the floor as well. I had to put it all back together. Not happy More
