Strive for Customer Satisfaction My wife and I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and had "after market leather" seats installed by Kelly's Trim, a local company. After 2 years the seats started My wife and I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and had "after market leather" seats installed by Kelly's Trim, a local company. After 2 years the seats started to show extensive wear and we spoke with Treasure Coast Toyota and also Kelly's trim. Kelly's trim told us they do not install "all" leather seats and the sides of the seats were vinyl. They offered to replace the seat cover with the same product. I spoke with Mr. Sandy Woods, the CEO of Treasure Coast Toyota/Lexus and he was very helpful in getting us into a new car at a very fair price due to the issues we had. Our service advisor Denise Reno was also very helpful in the process. Our sales representative Maria Tamitis and her manager Bill B. treated us with respect and understood the issues we were having. It's good to see a company stand behind the products they sell and service. More

The service advisor I was supposed to meet was no where to be found. Thankfully, someone else came to help me. Also, the man who directs you where to park stands too close to your car! Rodent nest Service got me in the same day I called. Noisy fan in my Toyota Highlander. Hugh rodents nest in air intake and blower system. The technician clean Service got me in the same day I called. Noisy fan in my Toyota Highlander. Hugh rodents nest in air intake and blower system. The technician cleaned out the mess, checked for chewed wires and even took a picture. Everything now works great. Assistant Service Manager, Curtis, was great(prompt, courteous, helpful, kept me updated as the diagnosis and work progressed). I highly recommend Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart service department.
