Vehicle was in for a recall and supposed to only take 1 day. It wasn’t ready and I had to call and text several times to find out that it wouldn’t be ready. Finally got Scott to answer around 5 to give me day. It wasn’t ready and I had to call and text several times to find out that it wouldn’t be ready. Finally got Scott to answer around 5 to give me the bad news. No apology just “that’s the way it is these days”. Service work was completed the next day but communication is terrible. More
