WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was allowed to drive a brand new car off their lot with a defect and they won’t let me return it! I was bullied by the twelve year olds in the front and told i had to make a clai new car off their lot with a defect and they won’t let me return it! I was bullied by the twelve year olds in the front and told i had to make a claim with GM, asked to speak with the General Manager and got some kid that then gave me the general managers name and number on a business card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! If i could rate this a negative 5 star review i would! More

We went to the dealership not to purchase a car that day but just to compare a equinox to a gmc terrain. Scott had approched us when we were looking at one of the equinoxs he was very friendly and asked us but just to compare a equinox to a gmc terrain. Scott had approched us when we were looking at one of the equinoxs he was very friendly and asked us a few questions. We had done alot of research at home before coming to the dealership because we have a newborn, so we knew alot about the equinox just wanted to see in person what they looked like. He explained a couple of things to us that we were wondering about the equinox and next thing we knew we were purchasing a new black equinox:). We are so pleased on how smooth the whole process went. The customer service we had recieved was very friendly, imformative and would recommend our family and friends to go there if they are looking for a car. More

I have bought close to 9 vehicles so far in my lifetime (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - I'm setting the stage - that I'm NOT a "newb"... So my "humble opinion" is one that has credence and should be taken seriously... and here is my advice: You are an idiot if you shop anywhere else. (sorta kidding) The service department was fixing a friend of mine's car - and I happen to come across a car on the used car lot while I waited - the salesperson was absolutely the easiest going/laid back, and down-to-earth guy. Scott deserves the "likeability" award for the month. Even if the numbers had NOT worked out that day - I think I would have continued to shop on their lot. Great bunch of people. More

Scott was professional from the minute I walked into the parking lot. There was never any pressure to look at something I didnt want. He found me a great deal on a truck that matched what I was looking for. parking lot. There was never any pressure to look at something I didnt want. He found me a great deal on a truck that matched what I was looking for. I had a couple of trade-ins that were pretty old and he worked out a good deal for me. Although I was giving him a hard time to give me a great deal on the trade-ins, Scott remained courteous and professional the entire time. He didnt feed me big lines of fancy jargon, try to confuse me or convince me of something that wasnt so. It is what it is with Scott. In the end we all went home happy. Scott Crowder is his full name and he was great through the entire process. I did not get a card from the "good ole boy" from Kentucky that worked with him and finalized the papers, but he was great as well. Thanks for a great experience, and I will be back here in the near future! More
