This is the 3rd car I have had. I have dealt with many dealers in Washington, Missouri and Massachusets, and Lou Fusz staff are really the best. Kate is the Internet sales consultant who has been very honest with prices and she offered down-to-earth quotes. She is also very patient with all my inquiries. Tyler followed up with the sales order for the past 2 months and has always been responsive with all my inquiries and clarifications on the production progress. Paul handled my car pick-up process and even spent extra 30 mins in my car to explain all the upgrades and went through the details of my car. All of their employees I met are straightforward with customers so you don't have to deal with the bluffing/deluding conversations that many dealers would do. I don't think other dealers in Missouri (and even other states) can match their price and customer service. More

Yesterday, after getting my car serviced and receiving pretty bad news, Tyler and the Sales Team helped me out so much finding a car and driving a new one home. It was a very intimidating process but every single one of my questions were answered along the way and I was treated with so much respect. Tyler was very patient with me and had the absolute best customer service. He is knowledgeable, fair and wants what is best for the customer. I would recommend him and the entire Sales Team and Lou Fusz to anyone. This is why I come here, and will continue to! We had a phenomenal experience with Lou Fusz Subaru leasing our new Ascent. The process was completely painless from start to finish, we had a vehicle pulled up and ready prior to our appointment with leasing our new Ascent. The process was completely painless from start to finish, we had a vehicle pulled up and ready prior to our appointment with Paul Lucero, and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We had to place an order for an incoming vehicle and Paul kept us updated on the progress and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. Our trade in was a GMC lease and General Motors along with some other car manufacturers are making it almost impossible to trade vehicles leased through their captive finance but Lou Fusz has a GM dealer that was able to get around this restriction and make the trade in process simple and effortless from our perspective. Special shout out to Scott Christiansen and Eric Gustafson who I've had assist me before with car purchases who assisted us with this purchase as well. They and everyone we interacted with could not have been more pleasant and professional. I cannot recommend Lou Fusz Subaru enough. It's a difficult enough time purchasing a car in today's market but this experience despite the current climate's challenges is possibly the best experience I've ever had. More
