We began our search for an Atlas knowing there was a national shortage of vehicles. The team at Executive VW were quick to return our initial inquiry and found exactly what were looking for. We signed national shortage of vehicles. The team at Executive VW were quick to return our initial inquiry and found exactly what were looking for. We signed for the the Atlas within a week and took delivery the following week. Overall is was a very quick process. Quality service from Will, our sales rep, to explaining the cars functionality, to the final paperwork and payments with Rick. This is how buying/leasing a car should function. Just got my 2nd car from Executive this weekend, a 2021 Jetta SEL after trading in my 2019 Jetta SE. As usual, the team was amazing and the process was quick and smooth. Big shoutout to Will for making bot Jetta SEL after trading in my 2019 Jetta SE. As usual, the team was amazing and the process was quick and smooth. Big shoutout to Will for making both experiences extremely positive. When I came in for my very first car back in 2018, Will was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process and ensuring I was confident in my choice. He's extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions to this day, even if it isn't necessarily his area of expertise (i.e. Service). If you're thinking about getting a car, this is the place! No grimey Sales people, just genuine folks trying to get you your dream car. Even Rick the Finance guy is pretty great. All around awesome experience. P.S. Even got my sister on board, she's loving her Tiguan! More
