I would give Long Subaru and it's staff a top rating. I was greeted on the lot but not rushed or bullied like I have been at other dealerships. Scott was able to answer all my questions and did not rush me in my decision. Scott insisted that we sit in the car so that he could show me all of the equipment and how to use them. Dan went over all of the paperwork to make sure that I understood all the cost. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Long Subaru and the staff.
