First, let me start out by saying that I live 5. 5 hours from the dealership. I was searching for a new 2025 CT5 and came across Delaware Cadillac. My first contact was with Bill where within an hour 5 hours from the dealership. I was searching for a new 2025 CT5 and came across Delaware Cadillac. My first contact was with Bill where within an hour, he and Harry had a trade in estimate and deal presented to me. Again, this was after-hours and during the Christmas Holiday. Next, Scott Bernard took over, completing the deal, making sure all of the I's were dotted & T's crossed. Scott was very accommodating to both me & my girlfriend, from when I arrived to pick up the car, during his complete in-car review of vehicle operations, and even after I arrived back home, making sure all was well. (*Bill reached out to me as well). After returning home, I realized I had left an item in my trade which they quickly located and sent with the new all-weather mats that "Santa Harry" graciously added to the deal. Although long distance from me, I will buy again while recommending to my friends. More

Dealing with Scott Bernard made my buying experience pleasant and stress free. I put him through the paces when I changed my mind about 5 times about which car I wanted to see. Scott was great to work with and even though we didn't buy a car from him and Delaware Cadillac we appreciate the efforts he put in to find the exact car we were looking for.
