Scott was amazing, offered drinks/snacks throughout my visit and made sure I was comfortable. The car was only missing one thing that I wanted and he told me that I could always order it and add it to the visit and made sure I was comfortable. The dealership is very clean and professional, I like that the owner thanks you at the end I haven’t gotten that service anywhere else. The lot was very small on space so outside was crowded but it wasn’t an issue. The sales department did not disappoint! Also I’ve looked all over Delaware and they had the BEST deals in the state. Delaware Cadillac is a first class dealership with a first class staff. I had the privilege of working with Scott Bernard and I can say without a shadow of a doubt it was my best experience at a dealers first class staff. I’m confident all the salesman there are ready to give anybody the same experience Scott provided for me. At most dealership if your not their customer it’s like your invisible but not here. They all treated me like I was there customer holding open doors making sure I didn’t need anything and even just an introduction and small conversation. All things you just won’t experience anywhere else. Don’t let the name scare you away thinking you can’t afford it that their a Cadillac dealership. I promise you if you give them the chance they’ll get you in the car you want for the best price possible.
