Hello I have lived here is Scottsdale since 1996. I have three children who all graduated from Chaparral High School. My two daughters both ran track, and went on to ASU. My son played football and Wrestled for Chap, and just graduated last year. My oldest daughter is taking her MCAT next month, while my younger daughter will be graduating next year. I have been in the financial markets my entire professional career. Initially as a Stock Broker, and then as a Private Equity Consultant. I am new to Automobile industry and it's just the change I needed! I love it! I have a balanced life of Work, golf, hitting the gym, a little travel and personal time. Sales and finance were fantastic! However when they brought my car which “ had been” detailed it was dirty lots of water spots… inside windows very dirty.. carpet dirty and when I go However when they brought my car which “ had been” detailed it was dirty lots of water spots… inside windows very dirty.. carpet dirty and when I got in to leave on 75 miles left of fuel! First stop had to get gas… then home to clean sand detail myself. More

This dealership sets the standard for car dealerships. From the moment I called to confirm that the car we were interested in to our purchase of the car a day later the process was actually enjoyable- not From the moment I called to confirm that the car we were interested in to our purchase of the car a day later the process was actually enjoyable- not a common experience buying a car normally. Our sales person, Scott, was knowledgeable, personable, responsive and probably most important did not place undo pressure on us at anytime during the process. He was straight forward, answered all our questions, and allowed us to proceed at our own pace and not rush the decision. The finance person continued in this same manner providing the various options in warranty coverage without pressure. All in all a great car-buying experience! More

I purchased my car from out of state. Scott and Christopher were friendly and helpful. Scott even reached out to me to ensure I was happy with the car once it was delivered.
