Could you please explain how a Hyundai dealership does not detail Hyundai cars ? We bought 2 new Hyundais over the weekend and were told there was no detail shop !!!!! Seems they take in too many vehicles at a time in their service dept. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs for a window tint, and another hour to reset Bluelink. I was in there at 9:02 and left at 1:05, with service dept. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs for a window tint, and another hour to reset Bluelink. I was in there at 9:02 and left at 1:05, with Bluelink still not reset. So now I need to drive 45 minutes again to get Bluelink reset. Very disappointing. Darla More

No personal instructions for a complicated car. Friends who bought different brands attended classes. Salesman was new and didn’t know much about Genesis. I assumed a luxurious car like Genesis wou Friends who bought different brands attended classes. Salesman was new and didn’t know much about Genesis. I assumed a luxurious car like Genesis would have power steering wheel, power mirrors, and most importantly, sensors on front and sides for proximity. I would not have bought this car if I’d known it didn’t have sensors. I’m not using my narrow garage; I’m uncomfortable in parking lots. I plan to trade it in a year or two for a Lexus with sensors like I had for over 30 years. Very disappointed. I wanted to pay cash but was told I had to finance for at least 3 months to get deal offered. Realized later dealer made money from interest I had to pay. I am an 80-year-old woman. More

I’m really a maybe on recommending the dealership. We have a friend that wants to buy a Hyundai and I really don’t think I’ll recommend the dealership. The approach to pricing is terrible — very old s We have a friend that wants to buy a Hyundai and I really don’t think I’ll recommend the dealership. The approach to pricing is terrible — very old school led by a sales manager in a corner office that does pricing. You constantly wait. When we picked up the car it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get the car paid for and learn the features of the car. Learning the features of the car with Sawyer was very efficient and on point — took about 30 minutes. The balance of the process was about paying for the car. Also, the car wasn’t detailed on Saturday so Sawyer did the detailing on Sunday. He did a pretty good job but now we have to take the car back for a formal detailing which will take about 2 hours. If the car wasn’t so well designed — I wouldn’t have purchased it from you dealership. Sawyer gets a 10 but the dealership is at best a 5. More
