Immediately, we were introduced to Jerry Johnson, who was like a breath of fresh air in the automotive retail industry. He knew every aspect of the care I was interested in and made sure I had a strong foundation of knowledge prior to leaving the dealership with my beautiful 2019 Ascent. He never pressured us at any point during the deal and immediately put us at ease throughout the entire process. This is by far the best car-buying experience I have had in my entire life and I highly recommend both Jerry and Subaru of Jacksonville for anyone interested in these quality vehicles. More

From my first contact with the website and the response I got from Savannah to Steve in sales and ending with AJ in Finance it was a pleasant experience. No pressure. I drove out with an amazing car I never thought I would have. If there was one thing that I wish could have been different it was that I didn't know the car only had one key to it. The second key was not turned in. That was unknown to me until they handed me the key to leave. It was disappointing to find out at the last moment that I would have to go to the car dealer to get another key made and programmed. I know from experience that costs close to $400. So that was the one thing that diminished by excitement. I would have preferred to get that bad news in advance so I could have been prepared for it...or could have possibly gotten a consideration on the pricing for that cost.I will have out of the gate. Other than that, the people were quite nice to work with. More
