Yucky yucky yucky! I would not advise getting your GM vehicle serviced here. They never fixed the recurring issue, and it eventually caused engine failure. Then they replaced it, and guess what....it locked up again in less than seven miles. Do not get service here, and buying a car there sucks as well. Go anywhere but Cable Dahmer. More

Didn't Buy A Car From Them... But Wish I Had! I did NOT end up purchasing a vehicle from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, let me get that out of the way up front... but I wish I HAD because I have nothing I did NOT end up purchasing a vehicle from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, let me get that out of the way up front... but I wish I HAD because I have nothing but praise for them! The ONLY reason I purchased a vehicle from someone else was because Cable Dahmer didn't have the EXACT car I was looking for... but they came so close. For starters, I was looking for a Black 2012 - 2015 Chevrolet Sonic RS 6-Speed Manual Turbo with under 100K Miles for around $6,000... and what they had to offer was a Dark Gray 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT 6-Speed Manual Turbo with under 100K Miles for around $6,000... so close right? Everyone from the sales staff, to the customer service rep, to the finance officer were so kind, responsible and willing to work with me. They were all very patient and understanding as they bent over backwards to meet all of my requests during this Covid-19 Crisis. They were not pushy at all and they all communicated well via phone calls, texts, emails, pictures and videos despite the fact that they're based in Kansas City, MO and I'm in Dallas, TX. I was on the verge of making the 7- hour road trip up there to purchase the car they had to offer and had even placed a $500 deposit down to make it happen. But the weekend before my planned trip is when I found the car I ended up with being sold by an individual seller. In the end, Cable Dahmer was very understanding and I had no issues with keeping my $500 deposit back. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them for your car purchase needs. They are VERY professional and you'll be glad you did! More

Day 3 for a water pump Scheduled Monday to bring in my equinox to have a water pump replaced. I.was told that the part was in stock and it would be done by 3 o’clock that day. It is now Wednesday at 1:45 PM and my car is still not ready. My Two-year-old is in the NICU at the hospital and I have no vehicle. The Service representative won’t return phone calls, answer calls when paged and takes the longest lunch break I’ve ever seen. No offer of any kind solutions or accommodations. Just excuses. When I called and complained they told me if it wasn’t done Tuesday they would give me a loaner. Really? How am I supposed to get it? Tried to pay in advance and couldn’t get the service rep to do it. Just more excuses when I could get him on the phone. Worst service I have ever experienced. On top of all this I had to pay $300.00 to be treated this way. Don’t waste your time, there are better places to take your car to. More

Ruined my truck I purchased this truch at cable dahmer in 2007. It is a 3/4 ton diesel silverado. A very expensive truck. These did not come with a sunroof so I paid cable dahmer an extra $2800 to install the sunroof. Several years later, when the sunroof started leaking I took the truck to cable dahmer to fix it. I told them it was leaking badly so not to leave the truck outside if they were going to keep it overnight. They laughed and said it will be done today. They ended up having the truck for 3 days. The second night they had it there was a torrential downpour. The whole area got 3+ inches of rain. When I picked up my truck I ran some errands. About 4 hours later I was in a parking lot and realized as I was getting out the door there was a huge amount of water coming out of the door and the floor panel. I tool a video as evidence. This was a day and a half after the heavy rain. when I called cable dahmer they had me bring it in and said they couldn't see anything wrong so .... basically get lost. I am not sure how much rust damage will result of this drenching the truck took for a day and a half. I will never take my truck back to this dealership. More
