I love dealership, service is shabby. Whomever they have working on vehicles has made many mistakes on my 750. Sales, financing and delivery (review of options and technology) service was outstanding. Two issues though, there were two scratches observed during delivery, and two more noticed once my wife and technology) service was outstanding. Two issues though, there were two scratches observed during delivery, and two more noticed once my wife and I got home. Additionally, the vehicle was not really clean. There were a number of water marks, manufacturing protective materials, and smudges on the vehicle. Wheels especially were not really clean. When we got home, we could observe what appeared to be some kind of chemical applied to the inside of the trim panel, that was not fully applied to all of the interior panels. As a business owner, I understand these things happen, but I expect more from BMW, as this is the 4th one I've owned. Sincerely, Paul Johnson More
