Sarek from the start was attentive, resourceful, customer service oriented and very balanced with his approach. Not once did I feel overly pressured or undervalued. For substance, I am extremely straightforward and transparent and so was Sarek. I was truly happy with the experience with Sarek and looking forward to including other family members to the world of Honda with Sarek being our go to Honda representative!
