This is my second time buying from KIA of Orange Park (KooP), Ive dealt with other dealers in the past but the level of attention and professionalism that KoOP provides is an absolute blessing. I am not (KooP), Ive dealt with other dealers in the past but the level of attention and professionalism that KoOP provides is an absolute blessing. I am not that close to this location to come to the dealership in person, where Sarah M. went above and beyond is meeting me at half the distance to make sure I get my new car. She did not have to do this but I really appreciate a place where people dont make you feel like just a customer but as a part of an extended family. She contacted me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the purchase and answer any questions. fast forward 2 years and my mileage was up but i wasnt done with the lease payments and i contacted her again, she was able to work her magic and get me on a 2023 model and once again she did not need to but met me halfway to make things easier. Im a proud second time KIA owner and I know her ambitions and motivations will take her places. I know next time someone asks for a recommendation of dealer and someone whom i trust my answer will continue to be Sarah M & the KoOP family. Thank you again! More
