Palm Springs Subaru service department are professional, courteous, and always exceed expectations. Recently showed up unannounced with a battery/electrical problem, was seen within 30 minutes, and about an courteous, and always exceed expectations. Recently showed up unannounced with a battery/electrical problem, was seen within 30 minutes, and about an hour later after running diagnostics on the electrical system and battery, problem diagnosed (bad battery), corrected and I was on my way. I purchased my First Subaru in July of 2009. I have not yet had a chance to telephone Gilbert and make an official Appointment for further Consultation. However as my current Work Commitment finishes by Oc yet had a chance to telephone Gilbert and make an official Appointment for further Consultation.
