Cristina patiently and thoroughly reviewed the X5 features before, during and after the drive. She was very careful to answer all my questions and make sure I was not confused about anything. My family was with me and Christina was very considerate of them. She was kind and very fair during the price negotiations. As a busy mom I had very limited time to see and drive a car I was interested in.
