Terrible service! I have called them for three days and left messages and they never return them. I do not recommend them to anyone. There are other Hyundai dealership I have called them for three days and left messages and they never return them. I do not recommend them to anyone. There are other Hyundai dealerships in town Southtown is the very worst!!? More

I received an oil change on Wednesday, and by Friday I had noticed a huge puddle of oil under my car. When I looked under the car the oil was dripping at a very fast pace. They first asked me if I could had noticed a huge puddle of oil under my car. When I looked under the car the oil was dripping at a very fast pace. They first asked me if I could drive it over to them so that they could take a look at it. I just laughed....The tow truck driver told me that he has picked up 4 to 5 cars in the last few days that were exactly in the same conduction. What an inconvenience. I have no car. I am a single person. How do they expect me to get back over to the dealership. An uber. This all should be on them. Obviously there is someone working in their service department that has no idea what he is doing. Figure it out guys. More

Loved the new service department, and how they updated me throughout the service process by sending me video links showing me each step of the services being performed. Poor customer service diagnosis was wrong payed for service. Wasn’t the problem took back fixed never received refund like they promised. Has been leaking antifreeze since got back now bad called to ha service. Wasn’t the problem took back fixed never received refund like they promised. Has been leaking antifreeze since got back now bad called to have them fix it got the run around. Have purchased 2 vehicles from here service sucks used to be good now sucks. Won’t go back. I guess I donated money to the company never received my refund. More

My blue link hasn’t worked in over a month. I have called snd left dozens of messages asking how to fix this. I have never gotten a call back. Don’t expect a call back unless it involves new charges.
