Her knowledge and personal experience with MINI's is unparalleled and infectious...she was NEVER "pushy" but instead was committed to my total happiness. She not only helped me decide on which model was best for my needs, she explained features and trim levels and patiently answered a million questions AND then spent a good three hours with me IN THE CAR explaining all the tech. When Sara gave me her cellphone number at our initial meeting and said "Call me anytime" she really meant it! And post-purchase, she has followed up several times to see how it is all going for me.
