It would have been nice to bbae the car clean when I got it. It had cat paw prints on the roof and hood. I have always gotten a full tank of gas with the purchase but a carwash or a tank of gas was not offe it. It had cat paw prints on the roof and hood. I have always gotten a full tank of gas with the purchase but a carwash or a tank of gas was not offered. Those items should not have to be negotiated especially if they would not move on the price. The process went smooth and overall it was a good experience I just wish the customer service was a bit more customer focused. A carwash and a tank of gas should have been a given. I would still buy from them again knowing I have to negotiate everything. More
