As a first time Subaru owner of a 2024 Crosstrek Sport, to say I chose the car because of the wonderful car dealer himself, that is; Santigo Valdez, I would not be wrong. This salesman's smile alone makes to say I chose the car because of the wonderful car dealer himself, that is; Santigo Valdez, I would not be wrong. This salesman's smile alone makes you feel immediately welcome, bright, and positive. Santi is kind, respectful, personable and patient; never pushy. He is honest, believes in the company and really loves his job at Grand Subaru. His loyalty is obvious because he is a tireless worker, accommodating, available, and seems to particularly enjoy engaging with customers - giving them his undivided attentions, at the dealership! He has energy, a willingness to retrieve the right model car, for example, in the right color without a need to follow him out to a vast parking lot. He has a willingness to help in whenever is needed; he helped find my order for floor mats that came in days later, (and even installed them himself, in front of me). He was knowledgable, straightforward, eager to please during our time at Grand Subaru, without all the phony pretenses and promises one might worry about with (most) car salesmen. What Santiago said he would do, he did expediently and exceptionally well! He also noted that "once you become a Subaru owner, you are considered forever in the Subaru family". I won't forget that. He treated us like family already. He is so down to earth. I already love my new Crosstrek, and how it handles. I may never own a different car again! The Subaru dealership earns high ratings for safety in their vehicles - I knew that already from friends we have. The whole experience at Grand Subaru exceeded my expectations, and my husband's expectations! I left a relationship of almost 13-yrs with a Toyota RAV4 but surprisingly enough, I drove home with a beautiful Crosstrek Sport! I have already fallen in love with Subaru! Because of my great experience, I would highly recommend going to Grand Subaru, Bensenville, when looking for a new (or used) vehicle and ask for Santiago Valdez! More
